Customer Relationship Manager Position

Estimated Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
Job Description
The Customer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in cultivating and maintaining profitable relationships with existing customers, while prospecting for new accounts. This external representative conveys expertise and passion for service towards current and prospective customers, influencing overall satisfaction and prosperity.
- Market products and services to current and prospective customers.
- Promote the capabilities and benefits of the Davidson's GuaranteeD program and the Gallery of Guns website.
- Communicate effectively with the sales management team, ensuring sales and client objectives are met.
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the active dealer base within the territory, providing prospecting reports and account development strategies.
- Provide technical support to website customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 4+ years of related business-to-business sales and/or merchandising experience.
- Firm knowledge of the firearms industry, including firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software systems.
- A college degree.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- The ability to be a self-starter and problem solver.
- Proficiency with PCs, tablets, and Microsoft Office.
