Relationship Development Manager

This Relationship Development Manager role is designed for a strategic thinker who excels in building and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving account growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity within the organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand existing customer relationships, and foster long-term partnerships
- Leading customer onboarding and product training sessions to ensure seamless transitions and optimal adoption rates
- Managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing strategic guidance to drive adoption and value realization
- Nurturing expansion opportunities and closing multi-year renewals to maximize Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and achieving exceptional customer outcomes
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand complex sales environments and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and achieve effective outcomes
What We Offer:
