Overview
This role plays a pivotal part in expanding existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare administration space. As a key player in the team, you will work collaboratively to build lasting connections with customers, leveraging your analytical skills and drive to seize emerging opportunities. Whether addressing everyday challenges or charting the course for fresh strategic directions, your contributions will directly contribute to our company's mission to empower healthcare providers and users alike.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with a diverse array of clients, establishing yourself as a knowledgeable expert within your area of specialization.
  • Uncover new revenue streams by introducing targeted interventions, scrutinizing market trends, and always staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Maintain comprehensive records detailing key account interactions, utilization metrics, and general market dynamics.
  • Meet regularly with senior leadership to share insights gained from observational data and propose valuable suggestions for future development.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience working in benefits administration, ideally with direct exposure to TPAs, TPA partners, and major consulting groups.
  • Possess exceptional analytical capabilities, adept at extracting meaningful patterns from vast datasets and converting them into compelling narrative formats.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to contextualize complex concepts to serve diverse audiences.
  • Ability to harness industry-specific software tools, such as Excel, Access, and other ancillary platforms.
