Job Summary

The Senior Customer Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and account management while providing sales support to field sales representatives. Key responsibilities include managing customer account activity, providing outsourced services, collecting and reviewing customer feedback, identifying customer trends and challenges, and supporting process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the ideal candidate will build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, communicate effectively with customers, and manage cases related to reporting, backorders, and customer complaints.

Requirements
