Customer Relationship Executive

Davidson's is seeking a talented Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Nashville. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana region. This role involves marketing products and services, promoting the company's guarantee program, and communicating effectively with the sales management team.
You will work closely with our sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust with customers and ensure their needs are met. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 plus quarterly bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic work environment.
