Job Title: Account Executive, Group Ticket Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Group Ticket Sales team at AEG. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling group tickets to Ontario Reign games to various organizations and companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate group ticket revenue through cold calls, face-to-face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking.
  • Manage accounts to exceed established sales goals and conduct a high volume of new business calls every day.
  • Proactively prospect and network to generate new business relationships, host client meetings, and give presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide prompt, thorough, and courteous responses to all inbound and outbound customer communication.
  • Perform game day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and prospects, and working ticket sales booths and tables.
  • Attend team, community, and other events to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales reports and contact status back to management on a daily and weekly basis.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Quality presentation skills and ability to create, analyze, interpret, and present reports and correspondence.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, detailed-oriented, quick learner with good time management skills.
  • Ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Ability to professionally handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of Archtics/Ticketmaster or other ticket software preferred.
  • Flexible hours required, including working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
