Position Overview

We are currently seeking a BC/BE Breast Surgeon to enhance our esteemed Breast Surgery program at our facility in Austin, TX. This is a full-time position that offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, productivity incentives, relocation assistance, and the advantage of no state income tax.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality surgical care to patients within our integrated healthcare system.
  • Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in breast surgery.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology Fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
  • Possession or eligibility for a Texas Medical License.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships in a multidisciplinary clinic environment.
  • Comfortable with a solo-practice model, as the physician will be the sole breast surgeon at this facility.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred.
