Position Summary:
Baylor Scott and White Health is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to enhance our renowned Breast Surgery program at our newest facility in the rapidly developing region of Austin, TX. This is a full-time employment opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package that promotes work-life balance, competitive compensation, productivity incentives, relocation assistance, and the advantage of no state income tax.
Candidate Profile:
- Completion of an accredited Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology Fellowship.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery.
- Possession or eligibility for a Texas Medical License.
- A passion for building collaborative relationships with referring physicians and peers in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Comfortable with a solo-practice model, as the physician will be the sole breast surgeon at this facility, with opportunities for growth and program development.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
