Job SummaryWe are seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our team at Bee Well Pediatrics. As a pediatrician at Austin Health Partners, you will be responsible for monitoring the health, growth, and development of your patients, fostering a long-term relationship built on trust with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Guide patients and caregivers on illness and injury prevention and promote lifelong health practices
- Establish treatment plans
- Provide referrals to specialists
- Conduct medical examinations
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
- Communicate with patients and their parents and caregivers

- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Valid license to practice medicine
- Not under investigation by a medical board
- In-depth knowledge with traditional and web-based prescription systems
- Outstanding diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Emotional awareness and sensitivity to patients' needs
- Active listener, patient and calm
- Excellent communications skills
- Employs the practices of collaboration and teamwork
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This job will require exposure to patient elements. Works near others, usually within a few feet. May work in a noisy or distracting environment. This role routinely uses standard office and medical equipment.
