Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role within a dedicated team, ensuring that all financial and contractual requirements are met to facilitate the maintenance of airport facilities and services.

This position also oversees the management of the financial operations related to utility cuts and ensures accurate billing for services rendered to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Senior Financial Analyst will supervise a small team responsible for billing, accounts payable, and customer service interactions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all financial and contractual resources are available for the maintenance of airport infrastructure.
  • Manage the certification program for utility cuts.
  • Guarantee timely and accurate billing for utility services performed within the airport's jurisdiction.
  • Process and reconcile invoices and payment applications.
  • Develop and review procurement documents for materials and service contracts.
  • Oversee financial processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate billing and fund transfers between departments for services provided.
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets for management review.
  • Implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supervise financial, procurement, and customer service functions.
  • Review and approve all purchase orders and procurement card transactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
