Front Desk Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Huntington Hotels. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front office operations to ensure compliance with hotel procedures and standards.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Own and resolve guest requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and setting a positive tone for the front office team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience, preferably in a front office or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
