Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Reconstruct. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential new opportunities.

Key responsibilities include researching potential sales accounts, creating and executing strategic outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns, and conducting high-level conversations with decision-makers to articulate the Reconstruct business value proposition.

You will also be responsible for providing continuous feedback to Reconstruct Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams on how we can improve our offering and messaging.

Requirements include 2+ years of prior Business Development experience with B2B software, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a strong work ethic.
