Front Office Associate

As a Front Office Associate at HYATT Hotels, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient service and meaningful interactions. This role requires a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, refined verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process forms of payment and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of front desk and/or night audit experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
