Job Title: Surface Electronics Combat Systems Subject Matter Expert

At Tech-Marine Business Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Surface Electronics Combat Systems Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to Team Ships Front Office (TSFO) and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-demand timely professional support services to the Flag Officer, Executive Director, and Chief of Staff for the DIRECTOR, SURFACE SHIP MAINTENANCE, MODERNIZATION & SUSTAINMENT (SEA 21).
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, strategic plans, briefs, and communication strategies to support SEA 21 Leadership.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to provide quality on-time products, including communication strategies, briefs, point papers, and analysis.
  • Assess SEA 21 data and metrics to make recommendations on gathering, filing, controlling, and maintaining data for rapid use.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to improve business practices, data utilization, messaging, and tasker responses.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must have an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Must have been a US Navy CWO/LDO in the Electronics/Combat Systems field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent U.S. military service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience.
  • Be creative, poised, and flexible.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize rapidly changing tasks and assignments.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in teams.
  • Ability to work productively remotely.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface, including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances to meet with customers or other company personnel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders, and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
