Job Title: Naval Combat Systems Integration Analyst

Booz Allen is seeking a highly skilled Naval Combat Systems Integration Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our defense team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, testing, acquisition, and integration of ship combat systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the Navy program office throughout all phases of the combat systems development lifecycle, including requirements development, system design, performance analysis, testing, systems of systems integration, sustainment, and logistics.
  • Work in a team environment with senior staff supporting combat systems development, acquisition, sustainment, logistics, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support program office decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with combat systems for the DoD or U.S. Navy as a civilian, military personnel, or contractor.
  • Experience with military networks, sensors, and weapon system integration.
  • Experience with Ship Self Defense System (SSDS).
  • Experience with strategic planning.
  • Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience developing dashboards, databases, or data science tools, including Microsoft Power Apps or SharePoint.
  • Experience with Aegis Combat System.
  • Experience with U.S. Navy platforms, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapons, C4I, Sensors, and EW systems.
  • Experience with NAVSEA and Naval Surface Warfare Center programs.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and logistics policies and procedures.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field preferred; Master's degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field a plus.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
