Job Title: Senior Subject Matter Expert III

BryceTech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert III to support a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value. The successful candidate will lead strategic planning and implementation efforts, define intended outcomes, and develop innovative government programs to expand the domestic industrial base for public health sector medical technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning and implementation efforts to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Define and align specific goals and objectives to achieve desired future states.
  • Identify and assess risks to achieving desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement performance measures to gauge progress and results.
  • Provide leadership and obtain management agreement on practices and behaviors to facilitate implementation.
  • Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support ASPR.
  • Travel on official business as required.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in business administration, or a relevant technical field.
  • 22+ years of relevant experience in financial management, Federal budgeting, or a scientific field.
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Computer Modeling, and Digital Applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
