Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist with daily administrative HR functions, including processing updates in ADP, preparing HR reports and spreadsheets, and supporting the selection and onboarding process. The selected candidate will also perform various administrative duties and assist with associate activities and programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily Administrative Tasks:
    • Process updates in ADP
    • Assist with preparing HR reports and spreadsheets
    • Support the selection and onboarding process
    • Perform administrative duties
    • Assist with associate activities and programs
    • Scan documents and maintain them in SharePoint libraries
  • Special Projects:
    • Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Additionally, you should be able to build positive relationships, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility.

Education and Certification:

You should have progress towards college education, certification, or equivalent. Freshman, sophomore, or junior student status is preferred.
