Additionally, you will review solutions and recommend improvements, groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, and own the design of Salesforce and affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions. You will also act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments, and provide guidance on user story writing style, ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story, and describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications. Furthermore, you will ensure documentation of the steps for testing, supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, and collaborate on project and workstream planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce and produce a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
* Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
* Review solutions and recommend improvements
* Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog
* Own the design of Salesforce and affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
