Job Summary

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect at TechnoGen, you will be responsible for conducting research into clients' use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements. Additionally, you will review solutions and recommend improvements, groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, and own the design of Salesforce and affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions. You will also act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Furthermore, you will provide guidance on user story writing style, ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story, describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications, and ensure documentation of the steps for testing. You will also supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce, and collaborate on project and workstream planning.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce product backlog management and release management
- Familiarity with user story writing style and acceptance criteria definition
- Strong design and testing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
