- En este puesto, el Ejecutivo de Ventas de Territorio será un líder orientado a resultados que aprovecha su experiencia en ventas para impulsar la rentabilidad y penetrar en nuevas cuentas. El Ejecutivo de Ventas de Territorio poseerá habilidades analíticas sólidas, persistencia y habilidades de prospección.
Responsabilidades:
- Alquilar bombas y equipos relacionados a nuevos y existentes clientes.
- Identificar, abrir y crear nuevos negocios en el territorio.
- Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas y clientes existentes, fomentando relaciones a largo plazo.
- Superar cuotas y objetivos de ventas con planes de ventas basados en evidencia.
- Utilizar y mantener la plataforma CRM de la empresa.
- Realizar análisis de sitios de trabajo e investigación de mercado regular.
- Proporcionar informes semanales de llamadas y mantener registros detallados sobre cuentas clave.
- Comunicar y coordinar con compañeros de trabajo, Gerentes de Sucursal y Gerentes de Servicio de Alquiler.
- Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento técnico profesional de productos y servicios.
- Utilizar excelentes habilidades interpersonales, mantener una actitud entusiasta y trabajar de manera efectiva tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.
Calificaciones:
- Título universitario en Negocios, Ingeniería o campo relacionado preferido.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en ventas en la industria de la construcción, ventas de equipos industriales o bombas.
- Experiencia con plataformas CRM; se prefiere Salesforce.
- Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y penetración de nuevas cuentas.
- Disponibilidad y capacidad para viajar a clientes actuales y potenciales.
Compensación:
- Salario base hasta 52k/año, más la oportunidad de ganar bonificaciones y comisiones.
- Beneficios completos.

- Programa 401k con igualación de hasta el 4%.
