Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Highgate Hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with room reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring that all guest requests are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Highgate Hotels' standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in a high-pressure situation.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
