About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Commissioning Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Prefab Commissioning Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful commissioning of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform commissioning activities for electrical systems, including assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of electrical systems, including AC and DC power, circuit components, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and submit detailed commissioning reports, including field service reports, expense reports, and startup data sheets.
  • Participate in continuous learning and training programs to stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent in electronics, electrical theory, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in field service repair and customer service with electrical or electronics-related equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical systems, including AC and DC power, circuit components, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift and move service equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
