Event Operations Support Role

Legends Hospitality is seeking a skilled Event Operations Support professional to assist with event space set-up, including furniture placement and equipment distribution based on specific catering clientele needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event space set-up, including furniture placement and equipment distribution.
  • Remove and place furniture, count and distribute equipment, and manage linen storage and distribution.
  • Clean tables, chairs, rolling bars, action stations, and equipment, and assist with event breakdown.
  • Pick up and distribute items from the catering storage area and maintain the overall cleanliness of all catering storage areas.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and perform all assigned side work.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management and supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to transport up to 100 lbs and maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute events.
  • Willingness and drive to exceed guest expectations and ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English language to communicate with management and guests.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training.
