Catering Operations Specialist
The Catering Houseman is a key member of the Legends Hospitality team, responsible for ensuring seamless event execution. This role involves setting up event spaces, including furniture placement and equipment distribution, based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Furniture removal and placement
- Count and distribute equipment, including tables, chairs, and linens
- Cleaning and polishing tables, chairs, and equipment
- Event breakdown, including moving furniture, beverages, and equipment
- Pick up and distribute items from the catering storage area
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of all catering storage areas
- Bus tables
Requirements:
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Ability to remain standing for extensive periods and lift heavy objects
- Physical requirements, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials
- Ability to read, speak, and write English language
