Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Events Manager to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing complex events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and maximizing revenue

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event management or a related field

• Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
