The Marketing Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed to accelerate professional development by placing participants in key marketing roles and functions. Participants will gain hands-on experience through at least three rotations, establishing relationships with peers and leaders, learning fundamental marketing skills, and receiving feedback from the program manager.
Key Responsibilities- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the various Avient businesses from a financial, operational, and strategic standpoint.
- Analyze data to support key marketing metrics and facilitate performance improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams across business units.
- Interact with Senior Management, build relationships with other employees across the globe, and contribute to Avient's future success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BA/BS degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with conducting secondary market research and market analysis is preferred.
- Relevant internship experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple data sources using a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Team player with strong project coordination and organization skills required.
