Illume Fertility is a state-of-the-art fertility clinic and egg donation center located in Connecticut and New York. We specialize in treating infertility, including ART, IUI, IVF, and PGT, and have a team of eight board-certified reproductive endocrinologists. Our goal is to provide personalized care and support to each patient, helping them achieve their reproductive goals.

Job Description

The Front Desk Ambassador will serve as the first point of contact for patients and families entering our clinics. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate our vision and mission, promote our services, and detect opportunities to improve patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and triage calls
  • Update patient insurance and demographics in all systems
  • Collect and document patient chart items, including consent, license, insurance, face sheet, and picture
  • Schedule patient appointments and alert relevant team members
  • Order office supplies and manage presentation of the front desk and waiting room
  • Effectively sign in patients and alert relevant departments of patient arrival
  • Process payments, including patient balances, copays, and vitamin purchases
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in verbal communication in English and basic written English
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a complex environment
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal relationship and customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
Compensation

We offer an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
