Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

Overview: Scout Exchange LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in Danbury, CT. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This includes but is not limited to gathering medical supplies, grooming patients, feeding patients, documenting their food and liquid intake, checking vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate, and answering patient calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), hold an active CNA license for CT, and maintain a BLS/CPR Certificate preferably from the American Heart Association. Additionally, two professional references are required, with one being the supervisor and the other could be either a supervisor or coworker.
