Clinical Laboratory Specialist in Southern Connecticut

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at a top healthcare provider in Southern Connecticut. This 300-bed hospital is recognized for its excellence in patient care and has been awarded various accolades, including being a "High Performing Hospital" by US News and World Report and a "Great Place to Work."
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or Associate's degree in Medical Technology (or a related field) and be certified as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or equivalent.
This role involves working on either a day or evening shift, with flexibility preferred. The position requires general laboratory knowledge, with an emphasis on blood bank skills. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
We offer an extremely competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, plus shift differentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes tuition reimbursement, choice of health insurance benefits, retirement plans, paid time off, transportation benefits, and more.
