  • We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Arka Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting our corporate and IT infrastructure within a Microsoft Office 365 GCC High environment.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Recommending, building, and establishing processes and procedures to maintain enterprise systems in multiple environments">
  • Recommending, selecting, and implementing security policies, procedures, and tools in conjunction with the company's security team">
  • Managing and maintaining Data Center systems and Enterprise Applications to include VMWare host, NetApp storage, Windows and Linux servers and various management applications">
  • Monitoring system performance, utilization, and trending to ensure system availability, reliability, redundancy and sufficient capacity">
  • Providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues">
  • Working within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure">
  • Coordinating support and maintenance activities with outside vendors and contractors">
  • Working with users and other personnel for problem resolution">
  • Other duties as assigned">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 7+ years of systems administration experience">
  • CompTIA Security+ is required">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience">
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft and other Cloud environments">
  • Networking - Good operating knowledge of networking concepts:">
    • ">
    • Switching">
    • Routing">
    • Firewalls">
    ">
  • Deep understanding of an array of Enterprise compute system such as:">
    • ">
    • VMWare ESX/vSphere data center virtualization technologies">
    • Enterprise storage systems such as NetApp storage systems">
    • Enterprise backup systems such as Veeam system backup implementations">
    • Windows server domains">
    • RedHat, Centos, Ubuntu Linux server">

  • The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.">
