About Our Team

At Health Plus Management LLC, we value teamwork and collaboration. As a Clinical Support Associate, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide administrative support and ensure that our patients receive excellent care.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating tests, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate capture of off-site operative reports
  • Communicate proactively with patients, staff
  • Complete insurance forms, authorization requests, process medical correspondence and reports

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Experience as an administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of Healthcare insurance, authorizations, Worker's Compensation
  • Familiarity with Athena EHR and Billing Platform
