Job Summary

The Clinical Support Associate serves as the initial point of contact for patients, providing exceptional care and support throughout their visit. This role involves guiding patients through their appointments, executing provider instructions according to established protocols, and ensuring seamless communication.

Responsibilities
  • Greet each patient, verify identity at each encounter, explain procedures, and address concerns.
  • Take vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other essential measurements.
  • Prepare equipment and assist providers during treatment and examinations.
  • Evaluate test results, notify supervisors or providers of any abnormalities, and document significant conditions.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
