Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a network of compressor and industrial distribution accounts across the West Coast region of the USA.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, source, and maintain quality customers in assigned area.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Manage, call on, and sell industrial equipment directly to distributors or resellers in assigned area.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and introduce new products.
- Bachelor's (4-year) Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or other technical area.
- 3+ years of relevant industrial sales experience, preferably in the compressed air industry.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Proven business analysis skills.
