Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Sales Executive to join our North American team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as retaining and growing existing clients. This is an exciting time to join our organization, with a new long-term growth strategy in place.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve annual revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and renewal of existing policies.
- Build a portfolio of business that aligns with Coface's strategic growth and retention goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from banks and insurance agencies, as well as direct cold calling to business owners and CFOs.
- Market and sell specialized financial products, including domestic and export credit insurance and other credit-related services, to corporations within assigned regions.
- Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients by monitoring their programs and coverage.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities, as well as analyze sales options.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement or new product opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Spanish bilingual fluency required.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience selling B2B financial, banking, or insurance solutions.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Robust network in designated territory.
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- P&C Insurance license a plus, or ability to pass licensing course within 60 days of hire date.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000.00 in our lowest geographic market up to $120,000.00 in our highest market. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, 401(k) savings plans, paid time off, and more.
