Role Overview

Implement account strategies to maximize revenue opportunities within a diverse set of regionally focused clients.

Emphasis is placed on product adoption and expansion, followed by customer retention. A select group of new clients will also be targeted.

Engage with VP- and C-level executives to formulate and execute a comprehensive enterprise strategy that enhances the value provided by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace effectively against competitors.

Drive momentum by establishing Dynatrace in both new and existing markets through product showcases, in-market events, and tailored initiatives.

Build a robust network of contacts within designated accounts and channel partners to ensure broad and effective sales of Dynatrace solutions.

Collaborate closely with Dynatrace’s various functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other business units, to develop and implement a solution strategy that aligns with customer needs.

Ensure the successful implementation of solutions for your clients.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.

Preferred Qualifications:
You possess the ability to navigate sales cycles within complex organizations while expediting decision-making processes.

You demonstrate exceptional communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills.

You know how to work collaboratively across all internal resources to enhance your effectiveness and advance the sales process.

You have a proven track record in enterprise software sales.

You excel in fast-paced environments and can think and act with urgency.

Your organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are exemplary.

You have experience in account mapping and strategic planning.

You are a driven and persistent self-starter who consistently achieves high performance against quotas, leveraging relationships with VP- and C-level executives.

You possess MEDDIC experience.

APM experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is between $260,000 and $320,000. Your salary will be determined based on your experience, skills, education, and work location.
