We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit (IMCU) team. About the Role

This is a critical care nurse leader position responsible for assisting the Nursing Unit Director in planning, implementing, and assessing daily nursing care and services. You will provide supervisory and management oversight for staff members and departmental resources and processes. Additionally, you will facilitate interventions to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and educational needs.
