Job Overview
Our Medical Intermediate Care Unit at Alaska Regional Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional patient care and improve human life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of IMCU experience, a strong foundation in nursing principles, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
