We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to improve human life.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time opportunity for a highly qualified nurse with leadership skills to coordinate nursing care services in our Medical IMCU department. You will assist the Nursing Unit Director in planning, implementing, and assessing daily nursing functions, provide supervisory and management oversight for staff members, and facilitate interventions to meet patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and educational needs.
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Required Qualifications- Current Alaska nursing license in good standing
- Associate's Degree in nursing required, bachelor's preferred
- CCRN certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
