Clinical Nursing Coordinator RN IMCU

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN IMCU to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of our unit's clinical practices.

Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN IMCU will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patients' physical, psychological, spiritual, social, cultural, and educational needs. You will work closely with physicians and other departments to coordinate care and facilitate interventions to meet patients' needs.

  • Assist the Nursing Unit Director in planning, implementing, and assessing daily nursing functions and services
  • Provide supervisory and management oversight for staff members and departmental resources and processes
  • Facilitate ongoing performance improvement activities, including involvement of all levels of staff on designated shifts as appropriate
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $93,500 - $118,000, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Alaska nursing license in good standing
  • An Associate's Degree in nursing, Bachelor's preferred
  • A minimum of two years of Medical Step Down or ICU experience
