Technical Account Manager for Corporate Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Cubex LLC. As a key member of our corporate accounts team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the veterinary market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, project management, and customer success. You will work closely with our sales leadership, customer success managers, and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate client accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful delivery.
- CUSTOMER SUCCESS: Work closely with our customer success managers to ensure that clients are achieving their desired outcomes from our solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
