Job Title: Cybersecurity Technical Account Manager - Customer Success Expert

About Us:

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with our customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting customers' technical requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Providing internal development teams with customer feedback to inform new product features.
  • Managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with sales software such as Salesforce and Hubspot.
