Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveillance Officer to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a key member of our surveillance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing surveillance activities to ensure the highest level of security and integrity in our gaming operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surveillance Operations: Monitor casino games, bank, cage, slots, count rooms, and property overall to identify potential security risks and take corrective action as needed.
  • Review and Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of surveillance activities to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Director of Surveillance and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of surveillance activities.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure they are proficient in surveillance operations and game protection.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure adherence to State and Federal laws, as well as internal controls and company policies, to maintain the highest level of integrity and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma, GED, or comparable experience preferred. Knowledge of surveillance equipment, including CCTV cameras and monitors, alarm systems, and listening devices.
  • Qualifications: Knowledge of investigative procedures and techniques. Good oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Proficient working knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Microsoft Outlook).
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to respond in a calm and decisive manner, making rational decisions in stressful situations. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to obtain a Nebraska gaming license.
