KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and document any gaming infractions or theft incidents.
  • Utilize surveillance equipment and perform basic computer operations.
  • Engage in legal proceedings related to gaming violations and familiarize yourself with card counting systems.
  • Acquire knowledge of all games offered and their respective procedures and cheating indicators.
  • Prepare accurate reports promptly as required.
  • Respond to requests from surveillance management and gaming control.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word) is essential.
  • Ability to navigate all work areas efficiently.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, with rotation every six months as determined by management.
  • Capability to work in low-light environments.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Adherence to a non-fraternization policy and confidentiality agreement.
  • No family members employed at the property.
  • Knowledge of various table games.
  • Ability to detect and identify potential cheating and related techniques; must have corrected vision of 20/20.
  • Skills typically acquired through a minimum of six months of on-the-job training or relevant experience.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with reasonable accommodations.
  • Must qualify for necessary licenses and permits as per federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Completion of TiPS training is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
  • Regularly required to stand and use hands for handling objects, tools, or controls; frequent reaching and communication are also necessary.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move various weights as specified, and perform physical tasks in diverse work environments.
