Position Overview

GoodmanCPA is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a dynamic individual who is ready to make a substantial impact. We are in search of our inaugural Lead Marketing Strategist, someone with a proven history of identifying and implementing strategies that significantly enhance customer acquisition and engagement through both organic and paid digital marketing efforts.

Do you possess the expertise to initiate, execute, and oversee a comprehensive marketing funnel (both organic and paid), encompassing everything from budget allocation to campaign development and performance analysis?

Your Contributions

Initial 30 Days

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of campaign performance across all paid digital marketing channels.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to analyze our client demographics and assess what strategies have been effective for growth.
  • Identify and prioritize critical initiatives to enhance the current marketing landscape.

Next 60 Days

  • Assume full responsibility for all marketing operations, including:
  • Content creation and strategy development.
  • Optimization of marketing funnels.
  • Creation of funnels and campaigns.
  • Reporting and analysis of key metrics.
  • Maintain or improve conversion rates across all active marketing funnels.
  • Enhance website SEO while producing content for both paid and organic initiatives.

90 Days and Beyond

  • Innovate beyond existing marketing funnels by introducing new acquisition campaigns for testing.
  • Allocate budget effectively for testing campaigns while sustaining current key performance metrics.
  • Implement a lead scoring model to enhance lead qualification and conversion rates.
  • Drive month-over-month growth in new leads and conversions while adhering to a reasonable average customer acquisition cost as defined by the firm owner.
