GoodmanCPA is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking a dedicated individual ready to make a substantial impact. We are in search of our inaugural Lead Marketing Strategist, someone with a proven history of identifying and implementing strategies that significantly enhance customer acquisition and engagement through both organic and paid digital marketing efforts.
Do you possess the expertise to initiate, execute, and oversee a comprehensive marketing funnel (both organic and paid), encompassing everything from budget allocation to campaign development and performance measurement?
Your Contributions
Initial 30 Days
- Gain a deep understanding of campaign effectiveness across all paid digital marketing channels.
- Engage with key stakeholders to analyze our client demographics and assess previous expansion strategies.
- Identify and prioritize critical initiatives to enhance the current marketing landscape.
Next 60 Days
- Assume full responsibility for all marketing initiatives, including:
- Content creation and strategy development
- Optimization of marketing funnels
- Creation of new funnels and campaigns
- Reporting and analysis of key metrics
- Maintain or slightly enhance conversion rates across all active marketing funnels
- Ensure or improve website SEO in conjunction with content development for both paid and organic campaigns.
Beyond 90 Days
- Innovate beyond existing marketing funnels by introducing new acquisition campaigns for testing.
- Allocate budget effectively for testing campaigns while sustaining key performance metrics.
- Implement a lead scoring model to enhance lead qualification and conversion rates.
- Consistently grow new leads and conversions while maintaining a reasonable average customer acquisition cost as defined by the firm owner.
