Lead Mobile Sales Strategist

As a Mobile Sales Team Supervisor, you will engage in close collaboration with our retail partner, a prominent national retailer. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee assigned locations, nurture client relationships, and enhance the sales and revenue of products and services through direct engagement within the partner's retail outlets. You will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding a team of employees working towards shared objectives of boosting sales and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction within the retailer's locations across various products and services.
• Participate in collaborative selling alongside retail associates.
• Elevate the retailer's sales metrics through effective training, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Assist team members in refining their skills and expanding their product knowledge.
• Organize in-store promotions and coordinate with relevant personnel.
• Schedule and manage sales demonstration events, ensuring proper collection and return of demo equipment post-event.
• Position the retailer's value by crafting exceptional customer experiences.
• Support the District Manager in communicating key initiatives, acting as a conduit for effective district-wide communication.
• Represent the retailer and MarketSource with professionalism at all times.
• Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships with retail store leadership and staff.
• Communicate progress and identify opportunities with the District Manager and client leadership, including regular store visits.
• Serve as a point of contact for business consultations and address any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure optimal product mix and quantities, focusing on:
o Effective merchandising, including product placement and brand compliance;
o Increasing visibility of the retailer's offerings;
o Restocking merchandise as necessary and permitted.
• Utilize your expertise to guide and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

• Proven ability to engage customers and build relationships.
• Demonstrated selling skills and product knowledge with a results-driven mindset.

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 2 years in training, sales, retail management, or related fields (required).
• Prior experience in wireless or electronics retail management is preferred.
• Proficiency with technology, including data collection and basic computer skills.
• A valid driver's license is required.
