LEAD MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR - SAN FRANCISCO, CA


HOURS REQUIRED:

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Sares Regis Group is in search of a seasoned Maintenance Coordinator for our stunning 414-unit community, South Beach Marina Apartments. This position presents an exceptional opportunity for career advancement within the property management sector.

The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage the activities of staff and external contractors responsible for the upkeep and repair of building structures and grounds maintenance.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising employees and contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and grounds upkeep.
  • Soliciting bids from external contractors and preparing comprehensive analyses for management review.
  • Managing the ordering and receipt of supplies, appliances, and equipment from vendors.
  • Coordinating vendor work and ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Conducting inspections of facilities and equipment to assess service needs and required resources.
  • Evaluating production schedules and estimating labor hours necessary for job completion.
  • Adjusting work procedures to align with production schedules and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating with the Property Manager on maintenance budget planning and administration.
  • Participating in after-hours and emergency response as directed by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property management as a Maintenance Coordinator, preferably overseeing 400+ units or multiple sites.

Required certifications include EPA 608 and CPO. Experience with Yardi is preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency across various trades, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have prior supervisory experience.

A valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory. Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed is essential.

The salary range for this position is $89,500 - $98,000 annually.

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and rental discounts based on location.

Regular full-time employees working between 30-40 hours per week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, as well as vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with applicable laws.
