Position Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the scheduling and organization of our nationwide maintenance services. This position requires close collaboration with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery, prompt issue resolution, and elevated customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination: Organize and manage maintenance appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the main contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside field technicians to provide them with the necessary information and resources for each task.
  • Quality Control: Assess and ensure service quality, confirming that all maintenance tasks align with company standards and client expectations.
  • Issue Management: Tackle and resolve any challenges or discrepancies that occur during service delivery, striving for swift and effective solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of service appointments, client communications, and feedback. Generate reports as required for management review.
  • Supply Oversight: Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are well-kept and readily available.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a coordination or administrative capacity, ideally within the facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple schedules and priorities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, focused on delivering quality outcomes.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
