Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Elle Seller. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, embodying our company's values and commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members while ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering when necessary.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing materials and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails, ensuring timely responses.
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining confidential records.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a secretary or administrative assistant are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Understanding of basic office equipment and willingness to learn new technologies.
