Assistant Front Office Manager

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in leading the guest service team and managing the daily operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Front Office Manager to oversee the front office operation, including the front desk and night audit.
  • Work shifts with the front desk agents and night auditors, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and impeccable hospitality guest service.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing, and evaluating front desk agents and night auditors.
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and service and financial measurement.
  • Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies.
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Marriott brand experience is a plus.
